The UPGRADE Selling
Project guarantees significant incremental revenue. It's the third
part of the UPGRADE Selling System --- it makes UPGRADE a system!
The project follows our complete UPGRADE training and the Marketing
Seminar for clients with Jim Doyle. It is the total implementation
of the system Jim teaches and it has a great track record of revenue
creation.
Our Senior Consultant,
Don (Guru of Ads) Fitzgibbons, spends two weeks in your market. Every
AE schedules Time Out sales calls with Key Accounts the first week.
AE's get a written diagnosis of the Time Out call and guidance on
writing a proposal for each client. About one month later, Don returns
for a week of Presentations. Don helps develop advertising strategies
and creative ideas that gets results for these clients.
The goal for this program
is significant revenue gain, but it is also a powerful hands-on training
for sales people and reinforcement in implementing The UPGRADE Selling
System. Advertisers will continue to renew long term because they
see dramatic impact from their advertising.
